X7D
The BuckEye Cam is an important and exciting addition to our trail / security camera range. The range includes the new release X7D as well as the wireless enabled Orion XIR. BuckEye Cam cameras are notable for their robustness and high build quality when compared to the competition.
The X7D model’s wireless capability and fully covert IR illumination has great potential for simultaneous multi-point fauna camera survey projects. The X7D system offers great flexibility when setting up multiple cameras. In its simplest form, one camera can receive images from a distant or inaccessible second camera. This could be expanded to many units (up to 254) transmitting back to a base camera (which can itself take photos too). Note that this wireless capability does not require outside service providers or additional equipment.
The next level of capability adds communication of one or many BuckEye Cam Cameras with the outside world. For Australian customers, we can provide an integrated package utilizing the mobile broadband network, offering reliable coverage in many rural and remote areas. Once setup, images are emailed to one or more email recipients automatically.

Orion XIR
The Orion XIR is fully covert with wireless capability up to a total of 30 units transmitting back to a base. The Orion XIR pertinent differences are summarized below.
