Power Options/Battery Packs
We have designed three models of robust field battery pack to power our surveillance systems, sensors and illuminators.
We use hassle free sealed lead acid batteries, fitted with a rat-proof aluminium housing. All wires and terminals are concealed within the housing for safety. We install a waterproof fuse receptacle and fit a watertight socket for trouble free connection to equipment. This socket is polarised, meaning that it is not possible to connect (or charge) with reverse polarity.
Convenient mounting holes are provided, to enable for example, screwing or tying the battery pack to a tree.
Finally, we can supply high quality solar panels to keep battery packs charged during long remote field deployments.
